At AuraWell we want you to be happy with your purchase. Still not satisfied? Then you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

✅ Conditions for returns:

  • Return request within 14 days after receipt

  • Products are unused, undamaged and in original packaging

  • You register your return via Instagram DM

  • Return costs are at your own expense

🚫 Products that cannot be returned:

According to European guidelines and for hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned :

  • 🧴 Opened cosmetics or make-up

  • 👙 Lingerie, shapewear and underwear

  • 🧦 Socks or similar hygiene products

  • 🧼 Products without a seal and the packaging has been opened

  • 🎁 Custom made or personalized products

If any of the above products arrive damaged or defective, we will of course resolve this correctly.

Send us a message on Instagram ( @AuraWellBeauty ) with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

After approval, you will receive return instructions. The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 5-7 business days after receipt.

💡 Please note: Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
